Next you will receive a link to complete the PREPARE-ENRICH online assessment. Prepare Enrich online assessment should be completed at least 2 weeks prior to initial session. The initial Couples Session will include an additional $35.00 fee for the online assessment tool.
Once both online assessments are completed, we will work to book your first appointment.
